Industrial Vacuum For Oil & Chips Recovery
The TC220 IF vacuum cleaner is equipped with a powerful side channel blower with flow inversion that allows fast discharge of liquids. It is designed to suction and filter large quantities of liquids such as cutting oil and coolant mixed with metal chips. It is the ideal vacuum for medium to large CNC machine tool maintenance. Also, it can easily withstand continuous duty, without maintenance need. This means significant savings in terms of money and time spent servicing machinery.
FILTRATION SYSTEM
Filtration system with mechanical protection against oil-mists placed between the motor and collection container:
• First stage: 3D Superweb Filter in PPL with internal fabric (20 micron efficiency)
• Second stage (optional): a polyester water-oil repellent cartridge filter (OWR-Oil Water Repellent) with PTFE external membrane from 2,7m2 filter area (class H13)
OPTIONS
• Independent discharge pump for liquids + electric level sensor
• Pre-filtration with PPL filters, 300 or 100 microns efficiency
• Microfiltration of the oils, 90 or 10 microns
