Industrial Vacuum Solutions for Engineering Workshops & CNC

Improve productivity and profitability at your engineering workshop

Maintaining machine tools and cleaning work environments are important activities for subtractive manufacturing industries. It results in less downtime, and greater levels of safety, productivity, and profitability. Industrial vacuums for engineering workshops and CNC are the solution.

In CNC machinery, oil and lubricants play a central role as they allow reduction of waste and production defects during the metal working. However, during the production flow, used oils can build up in tanks, contaminating the clean oils among dirty oils and metal chips. Metal chips can obstruct the machinery and need to be recovered after each work cycle to ensure full productivity of equipment is met.

In subtractive and metalworking industries, Delfin vacuums can improve the production processes by:

  • Reusing oils and lubricants by filtering and cleaning them
  • Saving money on maintenance up to 30%
  • Limit down time for machinery maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean workplace
  • Guarantees safety for workers

How does the Tecnoil range work?

Vacuums from the Delfin Tecnoil range are innovative and unique machines thanks to their ability to vacuum, separate, and discharge oils and swarf. This range of industrial vacuums are designed specifically for engineering workshops and CNC.

Oils and swarf are vacuumed into the separation chamber, where the swarf is filtered and held back in the sieve grid. The oils are collected in the bottom container, with the ability for this clean oil to be conveyed back in the machinery through the discharge pump. This discharge can be done simultaneously to vacuuming, allowing for swift and efficient cleaning, and ensuring optimal productivity. The Tecnoil vacuums also offer a separate filter and floating system which protects the motor from oil mists and liquids coming into contact with it. Thanks to this protection, the longevity of the vacuum is maintained.
